We are seeking a visionary and business-driven project manager with expertise in media production, sales, and marketing, who can lead a creative team, secure major projects, and establish strong client relationships in the entertainment and commercial production industry.
Job Title: Project Manager – “MKD Production”
We are looking for a strategic leader who can manage and scale a creative media production business, overseeing content development, sales, marketing, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for "MKD Production" to establish it as a leading media production company.
- Build and manage a high-performing production team, including directors, cinematographers, editors, and marketing professionals.
- Lead sales and business development efforts, securing contracts for commercial productions, corporate films, and short films.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and production partners to expand the company’s market presence.
- Oversee the creative direction of productions, ensuring world-class storytelling and visual excellence.
- Analyze industry trends and client needs to develop innovative production services and offerings.
- Manage the production process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy, leveraging digital platforms, social media, and influencer collaborations to maximize reach.
- Ensure operational efficiency across all stages of production, from budgeting to final distribution.
- Supervise the creation of promotional content, including behind-the-scenes footage, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international clients and production partners.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media production, advertising, or film industry management, with a proven track record.
- Strong sales expertise, with the ability to close high-value deals in the media and advertising sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire a high-performing creative team.
- Extensive knowledge of video production, cinematography, and post-production workflows, ensuring world-class content quality.
