We are looking for a business-driven and beauty-savvy project manager with expertise in sales, e-commerce, marketing, and retail expansion, capable of building a strong distribution network, leading sales teams, and establishing a premium retail presence across Iraq.
Job Title: Project Manager – “MKD Boutique British Agency”
We are seeking a strategic leader who can develop and execute a high-end retail and distribution strategy, ensuring the successful launch and expansion of MKD Boutique across Iraq.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic expansion plan for MKD Boutique to establish it as the leading organic cosmetics brand in Iraq.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring efficiency and results-driven execution.
- Drive retail and e-commerce sales, leveraging digital platforms and online stores to maximize revenue.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and franchise partners to expand market reach.
- Create a robust nationwide distribution network, ensuring product availability in all major Iraqi cities.
- Develop a comprehensive franchising strategy, enabling the opening of multiple branches across Iraq through agency sales.
- Implement innovative marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, influencer collaborations, and luxury branding initiatives.
- Supervise visual merchandising and store design, ensuring an elegant and appealing shopping experience.
- Oversee the production of high-end promotional content, including professional photography, beauty shoots, and digital marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior, adapting sales strategies to meet evolving customer demands.
- Manage logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely product distribution and inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with international suppliers and partners.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or brand management, with a strong track record of success.
- Expertise in retail and e-commerce sales, with the ability to scale online and offline distribution.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Proven ability to develop and execute nationwide expansion strategies, including franchising and wholesale distribution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and luxury brand positioning.
- Experience in high-end beauty photography, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution.
- A deep network within the beauty and retail industry, with strong connections to distributors and retail partners.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management, ensuring efficient product availability.
