The Role:

As our Interior and Exterior Design Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our design visions to life. You’ll work closely with a team of creative minds, translating designs into detailed technical specifications and ensuring projects are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

Develop and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Perform structural and feasibility analysis for design proposals.
Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, building codes, and materials.
Generate reports and cost estimates for proposed designs.
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Excellent understanding of building codes and construction principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

بصفتك مهندس تصميم داخلي وخارجي، ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تحويل رؤى التصميم لدينا إلى حقيقة. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق من العقول الإبداعية، حيث ستقوم بترجمة التصميمات إلى مواصفات تقنية تفصيلية وضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بشكل لا تشوبه شائبة.

المسؤوليات:

  • تطوير وتفسير الرسومات المعمارية والمواصفات ووثائق البناء.
  • إجراء تحليل هيكلي وجدوى عروض التصميم.
  • التعاون مع المصممين والمهندسين المعماريين والمقاولين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
  • مواكبة معايير الصناعة ومدونات البناء والمواد.
  • إعداد التقارير وتقديرات التكاليف للتصميمات المقترحة.
  • المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ حلول تصميم مبتكرة.

المؤهلات:

  • بكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور مماثل.
  • إتقان برامج AutoCAD و Revit وبرامج تصميم أخرى ذات صلة.
  • فهم قوي لمدونات البناء ومبادئ البناء.
  • مهارات تواصل وتعاون ممتازة.
  • لديه خبرة بالتسويق و المبيعات
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع أخلاقيات عمل قوية.
