 Job Title: Head of Sales Department 
We are looking for a sales leader with a strategic vision who can identify, engage, and convert potential clients, build and manage a powerful sales database, and drive revenue through selling products, services, and large-scale projects. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth across all business sectors.
- Identify and precisely target potential clients, ensuring maximum conversion rates and optimal resource utilization.
- Build and maintain a high-value database of potential customers, ensuring continuous engagement and pipeline optimization.
- Lead, train, and manage a high-performance sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine targeting strategies and improve outreach.
- Develop and execute sales plans for products, services, and large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance sales processes, optimize pricing strategies, and forecast future growth.
- Monitor and track KPIs to assess team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners to ensure business sustainability and expansion.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a diverse industry environment.
- Expertise in market segmentation and precise targeting strategies, ensuring maximum ROI on sales efforts.
- Strong experience in building and managing customer databases, leveraging CRM tools and AI-powered sales analytics.
- Proven ability to sell products, services, and large-scale projects, tailoring sales approaches based on business needs.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of using data insights to refine sales strategies and optimize revenue generation.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, understanding how to craft tailored solutions for different market segments.
- Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring high levels of productivity and goal achievement.
- Knowledge of the latest sales automation tools, AI-driven CRM systems, and digital sales techniques.
