Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and market the company’s products through social media, leveraging platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business as primary sales channels.
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each product across the relevant platforms.
Coordinate promotional campaigns with the design and advertising teams to maximize conversion rates.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with active wholesale and retail platforms in Iraq, both online and offline.
Track and manage orders, customer interactions, sales reps, and market activities to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Generate accurate and timely performance and sales reports, analyze data, and recommend actionable improvements.
Continuously explore growth opportunities for products within local markets and propose initiatives to expand market share.
Support the development of an integrated sales model that ensures flexibility, wide reach, and efficient delivery.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or managing digital business accounts.
Strong knowledge of sales platforms in Iraq, including local apps, business pages, and online marketplaces.
In-depth understanding of social media marketing strategies and consumer behavior dynamics.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage both field operations and digital follow-ups with precision.
Strong communication and business relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think commercially and analytically.
Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
