Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a user-generated content (UGC) strategy to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
Identify and activate the most effective UGC platforms and channels (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace, Instagram Collabs, YouTube Community, Reddit, etc.).
Collaborate with users and influencers to gather high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s identity.
Develop creative plans to repurpose UGC across advertising and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of UGC, providing regular performance reports and insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
Deep understanding of UGC platforms, communities, and related tools.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
